Panda Journey takes place over four days – beginning with a welcome reception at St. Regis Rooftop Bar and concluding with the Farewell Dinner at MO. In between, you’ll enjoy 1.5 days booked with up to 25 marketplace meetings, plenty of Panda Tour Experiences, and delicious private dining visits.

All buyers will be hosted for three or four nights at one of the following luxury hotels. Accommodation is complimentary, though buyers will be asked to provide a deposit and cover incidentals. The deposit is payable by international credit cards.

Cancellation or Substitution

90 days or more before the event: The buyer registration fee is fully refundable upon written request.
Between 45 and 89 days before the event: The registration fee is non-refundable. The registrant may either transfer the registration to the PandaJourney Beijing 2027 or substitute another attendee in their place, both at no additional cost.
Within 44 days before the event: Cancellation or No-Show will incur a processing fee of USD 500. Alternatively, the registrant may arrange for a one-time attendee substitution at no extra charge.
